Chris Schultz - Professional Football Player/Media

Chris Schultz was born in Burlington and attended Aldershot Secondary School. He began his career as a college football player at the University of Arizona. He spent five seasons with the Arizona Wildcats before transitioning to the NFL, where he played left tackle for the Dallas Cowboys. Schultz returned to Canada in 1986 to play for the Toronto Argonauts. He was named a CFL All-Star in 1987 and 1988 and was a member of the Argonauts’ Grey Cup winning team in 1991. In 2015 he was inducted into the Burlington Sports Hall of Fame. Schultz is a sportscaster on TSN (The Sports Network) and also co-hosts a weekly show on the Fan 590 in Toronto. He spends his spare time coaching the Burlington Stampeders.
