



There are a number of galleries in the Burlington area featuring local and Canadian artists. In November a Studio Art Tour gives you a peak into the workshops of a number of local artists.

The Burlington Art Centre is home to the largest collection of contemporary Canadian Ceramics, with over 2,000 pieces in the collection. The Art Etc.Gift Shop is part of the Burlington Art Centre and specializes in Canadian hand crafted items, all of which are carefully selected by the shop's selection committee. Artists Walk is a unique shop located in historic Village Square, showcasing a profusion of fine art, photography, jewelry all hand-made by Canadian Artisans. The Artists Walk also hosts seminars, workshops and frequent in-store events highlighting the skills and techniques of exhibiting artists.
Burlington Artist Gallery represents Chris Bacon and the original artwork of owner Joan L. Ng. The Studio Brigitte Gallery is a rustic Swiss chalet-type dwelling situated on 10 acres of rolling woods and meadows in the Niagara Escarpment located in the quaint village of Lowville in north Burlington and features the art of Brigitte Schreyer. Sunrise Gallery is a great stop along the waterfront just outside of Burlington on the beach strip in Hamilton. The gallery looks out to the beach and has unique gardens and rooms of local artwork and gifts. With a wide variety of galleries showcasing our talented local and Canadian artists you are sure to find something to suit your taste and decors. Enjoy browsing and shopping.
