Springridge - farms & marketsThe Halton Pumpkin Trail runs in the months of September and October and this event connects and promotes fall products and activities in the region.  Explore pumpkin themed events, on-farm markets, restaurants, specialty retail shops, accommodations and local attractions for an unforgettable experience!

Visitors will find north Burlington very picturesque with rolling rural countryside dotted with farmland, nurseries, golf courses and conservation areas.  At some of the local farms you can purchase or pick your own products, and in some cases participate in tours.  Visit Stonehaven Farm Market where you can pick your own pumpkins, visit the giant corn maze and kid zone and take home baked goods and local product.  At Springridge Farms you can take a picturesque wagon ride, enjoy the farm fun yard and boo barn and pick up home made pies and preserves.

In addition to private farms, there are several farms which are part of public attractions such as Spruce Lane Farm at Bronte Creek Provincial Park, Country Heritage Park, and Mountsberg and Crawford Lake Conservation areas. In the heart of the city, visit the Farmers Market at the Burlington Mall. Enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables sold by local farmers in season from May until October on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  In downtown Burlington, Centro Garden has a seasonal market on Sundays a popular stop for local residents and visitors.
